Pastel Portrait
Complimentary Colors: Yellow, purple, and blue.
Size: 18" x 24"
Who: Ellie Duke
To create this art piece I first created a light pencil outline of the Ellie. Then, I started with the pastels. I started on the face with bright colors like blue and yellow, once a got a good base, I then moved onto skin toned colors. Last, I lightly colored the background with red, signed it, and sprayed with hairspray to set so the pastels wouldn't smear.
